Present shipping costs are fixed and competitively priced as we utilize USPS shipping methods: First Class - $4.95 (1-3 business days) Priority Flat Rate - $7.95 (1-3 business days with tracking and $50 package insurance) Priority Express Flat Rate - $27.95 (overnight to 1 business day with tracking and $100 package insurance)
We provide an option to add additional packaging insurance for a low flat $3.85 in the shopping cart before heading to checkout. We highly advise you to purchase the additional package insurance as Apex Herbals is not liable for packages that are lost or damaged once they leave our facility in transit to you. The additional packaging insurance allows you to file a claim with the USPS in the event your order is lost or damaged.

Contact us. Once you place your order with us, it is automatically placed in a queue where a shipping label is created and your product is shipped. Typically, if we haven't sent you a shipping tracking label and shipping confirmation label it is possible. However, once the label has been created and shipping confirmation has been sent to you, we are unable to modify the shipping address. Please enter your shipping address carefully upon checkout!
You will need to contact USPS with your order tracking number to ask them to track where your package is. This is also why we highly advise you to purchase the additional package insurance upon checkout to fully protect yourself in case of loss or damage to your order.
We will send you a confirmation email of package tracking and shipping once it leaves us in transit to you thanking you for your order. You can use your package tracking number on USPS to track your order as it makes it way to you.
While we have strict inventory measures in place, mistakes do happen sometimes with online inventory management. In the event there is an issue with inventory on our end, we will contact you via email or phone to ask you if you'd like us to either: 1. refund you 2. special order for you the product that is out of stock

If you receive an incorrect item, or something is missing from your order, please utilize the contact page and let us know immediately the situation. We will ask you to provide us with a quick picture of the contents of your package and invoice, and we will send you a return label for return of the products. We will remedy the situation and send you the correct order same-day. In the event the items you ordered are out of stock or backordered in this scenario, we will provide you a refund.

Apex Herbals, LLC return policy is valid from 14 days when you receive your package. If 14 days have gone by since the day of receiving your package, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges can be made on open items and or items that have half the bottle still remaining, depending upon inspection. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged. We will refund your shipping costs if the product was received due to an error on our part. For change-of-mind returns, and any other return reason that is not due to an error on our part, we do not refund shipping charges.

When you schedule a CBD consultation with us, you are getting a person who has industry experience, is licensed through a certifying CBD organization, and your consultant has to pass a rigorous test to have CCBDC as credentials to follow their name. The CCBDC credentials stand for Certified CBD Consultant.
No. Please understand that we do not provide any type of consultations to minors. Apex Herbals only provides consultations to those that are age 18 and over.
Absolutely not! We are not doctors, nor do we intend to do business as such. Apex Herbals does not provide any medical advice to anybody either during a consultation, our blogs, or through a email contact for advice. We may make "recommendations" based on teachings, or what has been recommended in retail settings. We advise our customers to research any potential recommendations and consult with a medical professional as needed before adding to your daily regimen. Generally, we try and keep the consultations to 30 minutes to allow the consultant to help as many clients as possible during the day.
As of present, we are scheduling consultations Monday - Friday 9am-6pm EST. If you have a scheduling issue, or need to schedule outside of the normal consultation timeframe, please let us know in the CBD scheduler page so we can potentially make accommodations for you. Accommodations are made on a case-by-case basis, and on consultant availability. You may also visit us in-store for a consultation as well.
With the emergence of Covid-19, many of our suppliers, let along the delivery services, are experiencing unprecedented demand which has caused delays on shipping, and product shortages and backorders to occur. Please note that shipping times may be delayed, and products may be out of stock on the site. We are working diligently to keep a consistent amount of stock for our customers, but in the event of items being out of stock we can special order for you.
We are very customer-oriented, and go the extra mile for our customers! When you contact us via email, the contact page, or in the CBD consultation scheduler, we typically respond same day. However, in the event of unforeseen events/situations, we ask for a 1-2 business day turnaround for responses. We promise we'll get to you ASAP!
We are doing everything we can to prevent further spread of Covid-19. Note that we don't allow anybody to package/ship/consult/inventory management with us that is experiencing any illness symptoms. We are also wiping down/sanitizing products right before packaging to ensure we are doing our part before shipping to you. Trust us, we're a little OCD when it comes to cleanliness and sanitation with our business.
