Return Policy at Apex Herbals *Updated 04/06/2025*
Apex Herbals, LLC’s return policy is valid for 14 days when you purchase from the store. If 14 days have gone by since the day of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Exchanges will only be made on open items that are defective from the manufacturer and/or have a quality control issue. If a product/order is deemed to have a quality control issue, we will either issue you a refund of your original payment method, or we will replace it upon customer’s request. Any topical or consumable CBD product is included in this refund policy, as a CBD product will only be returned if it is unopened unless there is a quality control or defect. A refund from any CBD product comes from the supplier, not us. A receipt is required for all returns – No exceptions.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned/exchanged and are considered final. Please refer to this list:

- Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide
- Food Products
- All edible CBD products
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with first and last name and/or your order number on the receipt that was given with your original order.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 3-5 business days, or cash is typically the same day. Please be advised that some banks take longer to return funds to you. It is recommended to check your bank’s return of funds (refunds) policies in these situations.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at owner@apexherbals.com, or call (330) 312-8613.
Sale items (if applicable)
If you purchase a sale item, your refund will be only the sale price, not the original price. If you are returning an order that contains a free item, the free item must be returned as well.
