We at Apex Herbals are growing – and expanding – quickly. In a matter of a few months, we have gone from a fully online business, to acquiring a physical location at the Hartville Marketplace in Hartville, Ohio – all-the-while literally doubling our inventory. In the transition to our physical location, a few changes had to occur:
- Due to the fact that we sell high quality CBD products, our new payment processor required us to remove CBD from online sales to our customers due to liability reasons. We can only sell CBD in-store for insurance purposes. It was not cost-effective for us to have two payment processors to have one for online non-CBD sales, and have another one for CBD sales for in-store purchases – the fees would literally bury us, so we decided to fully migrate to a full in-store inventory. HOWEVER – we can still ship items to you if you are unable to come to our location. You can either call us at 330-587-2132 and place an order over the phone with a credit card; or send us an email through our contact page here – especially for CBD sales, but we will ship out any product we have in-store to you. - Our online website only shows a fraction of what we actually sell physically – we are working diligently at bringing in new product, and we actually encourage you to come in to our new location to see all of our new goodies for purchase! We are receiving new product (and expanding monthly) Plus, we love to meet our valued customers!
- We are still providing FREE certified CBD consultations at our Hartville, Ohio location. Just stop in, and have a chat with us!
- If you are looking for a product that we don’t have in-store, we still and always provide special orders – we go the extra mile for YOU!
